motorcycle build

Design is at its most honest when it’s made by hand, the finish, and the way components coexist in space. The projects here are rooted in personal curiosity, but they’re also explorations in proportion, tension, materiality, and visual harmony. Each project reflects a designer’s mindset: understanding form and function, experimenting with fabrication, and pushing the boundaries of what a handcrafted machine can communicate.

Kaido Racer

This long-term personal passion project explores vehicle design through the lens of Japanese kaido-racer culture, using color, material, finish, and form to transform a second generation RX-7 into a cohesive visual statement. The project serves as an ongoing study in CMF-driven storytelling, where performance heritage and expressive styling meet hands-on design intent.

630cc V-TWIN

A modern tribute to early 20th-century board track racers, hand built from the ground up with a 630cc V-Twin and contemporary drivetrain tech. Blending historic inspiration with today’s engineering, this bike reimagines vintage performance for modern sensibilities.

350cc Racer

A compact racer celebrating the raw simplicity of 1900s speed culture. Designed and built by hand, this 350cc tribute fuses classic board track aesthetics with practical fabrication and modern component integration.

Rail Bike

After a serious bicycle accident, I chose to rebuild rather than replace, transforming a broken frame into a custom industrial-inspired bike. Drawing visual cues from vintage aircraft, and the industrial character of Pittsburgh, this project combines personal narrative with unconventional design.

200cc Flat Tracker

A homage to 1920s flat track competition, this custom bike pairs vintage silhouette with a reliable 200cc engine and belt drive. Built with a focus on balance and form, it distills the essence of early racing machines through hands-on fabrication.
